By accessing the inw8 platform, opening an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any update will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.

When registering on inw8, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If false information is provided, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account and hold any remaining balance.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account in their own name. If duplicate IP addresses, matching personal details, or the same payment method are found linked to multiple accounts, the extra accounts will be closed and any bonus funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You must keep your password private and must not share it with anyone. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.

All payment transactions are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks). Accepted payment methods on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: 10,000 Ks for all methods
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour of the request being received (Myanmar Standard Time)

To make a withdrawal, the player must have passed identity verification. The person depositing and the person withdrawing must be the same individual, and transfers to third parties are not permitted.

Get a 200% welcome bonus up to 300,000 Ks on your first deposit at inw8. You must wager 15x the bonus amount before you can withdraw.

4.1 Bonus Calculation Examples

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 40,000 Ks → balance 60,000 Ks → must wager 40,000 Ks × 15 = 600,000 Ks to withdraw
• Deposit 320,000 Ks → bonus 300,000 Ks (maximum cap) → balance 620,000 Ks → must wager 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks to withdraw

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• You can only request a withdrawal after the bonus wagering requirement has been completed
• If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus may be forfeited
• Check the promotions page for the specific terms that apply to each bonus
• If abuse of a promotion is detected, the bonus and any winnings linked to it will be voided

Players must play inw8 games fairly and honestly. The following actions are strictly prohibited—

• Using software, bots, auto-click tools, or any automated tool to play
• Intentionally exploiting server errors or bugs
• Colluding with others to share bonuses ("bonus abuse")
• Submitting false financial records to request a withdrawal
• Attempting to gain any advantage against the platform by any means

If any of these violations are found, the account may be suspended and the balance, bonuses, and winnings may be voided.

The inw8 VIP program has 4 tiers and you can move up based on your activity.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week

Cashback will be credited as bonus funds after the qualifying period ends and bonus terms may apply. VIP tiers can change at inw8's discretion.

The referring player receives 5% of their referred friend's first deposit as bonus funds, up to 30,000 Ks per person. You will also earn a weekly commission of 0.2% from your referred friends' qualifying wagers.

All referrals will be verified. Invalid referrals (self-referred accounts, records generated by system errors) will not be honoured and any bonus will be voided.

inw8 may close any player's account immediately, with or without explanation, for the following reasons—

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is found
• If financial irregularities or fraud are detected
• At the player's own request (self-exclusion)
• Due to legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements affecting the platform

Upon account closure, any verified legitimate balance will be returned, but funds derived from bonuses will not be included.

The inw8 platform uses SSL encryption to protect players' personal and payment data. Games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to deliver fair, unbiased results, giving every player an equal chance.

If a game is interrupted due to a server error or connection failure, players will be made whole and no funds will be lost.
